The struggle with heat and power Here’s the thing about UV lamps: it’s all about the balance between wattage and the light spectrum. We pick tubes that align perfectly with the photoinitiator in your resin. But be careful. If you just crank up the wattage to move more product, you’re going to create a lot of heat. If your cooling isn’t up to the task or your air-gap is too tight, your substrates will start warping. Nobody wants that. The stuff that actually matters We don’t cut corners on materials. We use high-purity quartz glass because cheap glass just eats the UV light you’re paying for. We also use electrodes and connectors that can handle being turned on and off all day without burning out. Plus, we design everything to be a “drop-in” fit. You shouldn’t have to rewire your entire ballast system just to get a better lamp. It should just work. Does it actually perform?
